While for the products which are out of stock and made to order, it usually takes about 3-10 business days for us to make it and send it out. We are sorry that we cannot accept refund, exchange or return due to color difference (we will try our best to take photos with the closest color to the real product, but light conditions and computer screen display might affect the color a little bit) or size difference (different people might have different measuring method.
